Catalan by birth, without losing her connection to Barcelona, she has been in Madrid for more than 30 years, the same amount of experience she has in corporate communications, strategic advice and design and implementation of communication plans.
At the helm of our team, Estela specializes in reputation management, communication strategy design, media relations, content creation, social media management, marketing, crisis management and business development.
She has extensive experience in international communications projects in various sectors, such as technology, healthcare, legal, finance, real estate, marketing, architecture and consumer goods. Estela speaks eight languages, including Spanish (native), German, English, Italian and French.

Rolf is originally from Lucerne (Switzerland), though has been living and working in Madrid for over 30 years. He spent the majority of his career in the financial sector.
As a CIO, he developed investment strategies and worked as a portfolio manager in private banking. Rolf has been the author of a monthly newsletter about financial markets for a decade and has published various articles in the financial press.
Rolf assumes content creation and copywriting for bylines, thought leadership articles, white papers, case studies and more. He is fluent in German (native), Spanish, English and French.
Senior consultant for communication, strategy and organizational development
Claudia lives in Berlin and has close ties to Spain, where she previously spent six years in Madrid. She has more than 30 years of professional experience.
As a vital member of our team, Claudia oversees and fosters relationships with our partners and media in Germany. A skilled process facilitator, she guides NGOs and other institutions through complex change processes with her strategic expertise.
With a career spanning communications consultancy and program management in education-focused organizations and foundations, Claudia’s leadership experience is both extensive and diverse. Her ability to analyze intricate subjects, bridge cultural nuances, and communicate effectively enables her to deliver exceptional results across a range of contexts.
Claudia’s mother tongue is German. She is fluent in Spanish, English and Dutch.
